  • Is Noux a Lingerie Subscription?
    No, Noux is not a lingerie subscription. While we may include underwear that may have elements like lace or mesh material our focus is to bring you cute but practical and comfortable underwear that you can wear on a daily basis.

  • When will I receive my first subscription order?
    All subscriptions are batched and mailed out around the 15th of each month. New subscribers who sign-up after 20th of the month will receive their order the following month, and will not be charged. For example, if you signed up for a new subscription on February 22nd, your first order will not ship until March 15th. From there the rest of your orders will ship every month around the 15th of each month.

  • Do I get to choose what style I receive?
    Our subscriptions feature a variety of different styles (thong, briefs, hipsters, etc.) each month, therefore you do not get to select what style you receive each month.

  • When does my subscription renew each month?
    Subscriptions renew on the 5th of each month, if you want to cancel or pause your subscription make sure it is done before the 5th to avoid being charged.

  • How do I know what size to select?
    Each month we will send out an email that includes a sizing chart for the following month's featured brand and products. For example, at the end of March you will recieve an email with a sizing chart for your April subscription. You can review the sizing chart in the email and log-into your customer portal to change your sizing if needed. Please note: You must be opted-in to receive emails from Noux to get the sizing chart emails each month. 

  • How do I access the customer portal to make changes to my subscription?
    The customer portal is separate than the spotify app/log-in. When you first subscribed you received an email from us titled "Your New Subscription", within that email is a link to 'manage your subscription' which will take you to the customer portal. We can always regenerate the email with the link to the portal if you cannot find the original email.

  • How do I update my sizing in the customer portal?
    Under your subscription you will see a button to "swap product", once you click that button a new window will open up that will allow you to change the sizes of your subscription. You can save your new size by selecting "confirm swap"


  • I got confirmation that my order shipped but I don't see a tracking number, how can I find that?
    Our underwear subscriptions are shipped via first class mail and therefore do not have tracking numbers. This is done to ensure we can ship you underwear at an affordable price and without you needing to pay for shipping fees.
